I have recently started a LLC and I decided to open an account on Amazon to sell some products. But when I uploaded all needed documents I got email from Amazon.

We reviewed the documents that you provided but were unable to complete your verification process. As a result, we are unable to activate your account.
Why is this happening? We were unable to verify the document that you provided as a proof of identity.
How do I resolve this situation? Within the next 30 days, please upload a scanned copy or photo of all the required documents listed on the “Identity Verification” page and make sure that the information that you entered in Seller Central matches the information in the documents. To submit the required documents or update your information, sign in to Seller Central and follow the on-screen instructions: https://sellercentral.amazon.com Do not attach documents to this email. and later new email from Amazon with text:
Dear Seller,
We are unable to verify the documents you provided. As a result:
If you are registering as a new Seller, you will not be allowed to sell on Amazon.
If you are an existing Seller who has already been selling on Amazon, your selling privileges will not be immediately removed. We will keep you informed in a separate email.
If you believe our decision is not correct, please contact Seller Support.

after this when I made new case with question “Whats wrong and what I should to do” I got this email:

I am real seller, I have all needed documents. But Amazon don’t need it. When I try open forum http://sellercentral.amazon.com/forums I see my locked account screen again. There is no any other option to contact them and find solution…
