They already deleted his profile on LBC. For some reason now when they ban someone they delete there whole profile instead of saying user banned. This person also scammed someone else for $1500 that same day using using serve. Here is the verified info that was lbc:

Now serve is a little different than paypal where the person sending you money is for sure the owner of the account. It has more security features than paypal. Not only do you need your log in password and email you also need a test question and answer.. and the most important security feature is you need you atm pin to send someone money. There is no excuses of someone hacking into your account to send money unless you have a gun to you head. Plus the money has to already be in you account to send unlike paypal that lets you pay with a card if the money isnt in your account So I am sure this Keith Barnes person on serve is for sure involved in the fraud
